These healing ceremonies will be about 3-5 hours long. First, I will guide you through a short somatic healing, root chakra meditation to connect you to your inner child. Then we will reflect, discuss, journal, tarot card pull, and enjoy some playtime (ie: whatever your inner child feels called to do; coloring books, hide and seek, tag, ball, etc). Your healing ceremony will conclude by enjoying a small snack while I draw an intuitive, on the spot, tattoo design just for your inner child. 

The tattoo design will be inspired by our time together and a reminder that your inner child is always safe with you. It may be something that comes up during your meditation, or it might be abstract. Regardless, it will be unique to you and your inner child. The tattoo will be around 2-4 inches.
